1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They help the website remember your settings, login, language, or measure how you behave on the site. Without cookies many internet functions (login, basket, language) would not work.
This Cookie Policy describes which cookies we use on the websites operated by Cliqsales International Limited (Office 2, 12a Lower Main Street, Lucan, Dublin K78 X5P8, Ireland; CRO 793862; hereinafter “Cliqsales” or “we“) — in particular at the domains cliqsales.com, accelerator.cliqsales.com, ai-summit.com and related subdomains.
This Policy is supplementary to our Privacy Policy.
2. Legal framework
We use cookies in accordance with:
- ePrivacy Regulations 2011 (S.I. 336/2011, as amended) — regulation 5(3) requires prior consent (opt-in) for all cookies that are not strictly necessary.
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) — where a cookie contains personal data (typically an online identifier).
- Guidance of the Irish Data Protection Commission on cookies and similar technologies.
For strictly necessary cookies your consent is not required (the website would not function without them). For all other cookies (analytics, marketing) we need your active consent — given in the cookie banner on your first visit to the site.

Without these the site would not work. They serve, for example, to remember login, basket contents, language setting, or protection against attacks.

3.2 Preference cookies — with consent
These remember your choices and preferences (besides language) to make the site more convenient. Without them the site works, but you would have to set things up manually each time.

4. How to change or withdraw your consent
4.1 In the cookie banner
For cookie management we use the CookieYes platform (CookieYes Limited, Ireland) — a GDPR-compliant tool for obtaining and recording consent. You can at any time change your choices by clicking the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any of our websites. The banner will open again and you can switch individual categories on or off. Your consent (date, time, IP) is recorded by CookieYes for audit purposes.

6. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We update the list of specific cookies whenever we add or remove a supplier or change site functionality. We notify of material changes by reopening the cookie banner so you can update your choice.
