Appendix A — AI Transformation Accelerator™

To the Terms and Conditions of Cliqsales. This Appendix A sets out the specific terms for the AI Transformation Accelerator™ (Standard / Pro) — a 7-week guided implementation programme. On matters not regulated by this Appendix, the Terms apply.
Note on marketing bundles. Where the Accelerator is sold together with other Cliqsales Products (e.g. Cliqsales AI Team subscription — Appendix F, Cliqsales AI Platform subscription — Appendix C, or AI Transformation Mastermind — Appendix D) at a single bundle price, each Product retains its own Appendix and is governed by it. This Appendix A governs only the 7-week programme itself.
A1. Scope of supply
A1.1 What the Client receives
The AI Transformation Accelerator™ is a 7-week guided implementation programme at the end of which the Client has a complete team of AI agents deployed in their business.
Specifically, the Client receives:
- 7 live online workshops (1× per week, ~90 minutes), led by the Cliqsales team — a progressive 7-week implementation programme:
- Week 1: Onboarding and initial set-up
- Weeks 2–3: Marketing — content, brand and campaigns
- Weeks 4–5: Sales — CRM, AIQ personalisation, pipeline
- Week 6: Operations
- Week 7: VibeCoding and advanced customisation
- Workshop recordings accessible for 12 months from commencement of the programme.
- Access to the private Accelerator community for 12 months (typically Skool, Circle or equivalent).
- Technical support during the programme (email, telephone, WhatsApp).
A1.2 Variants

The AI Team Done-For-You is a separate Product governed by Appendix B and may be purchased together with the Accelerator at a bundle price.
A1.3 Format
The programme runs online. Workshops are streamed live (Zoom or equivalent) — the Client participates from any location with internet access. Workshop recordings are typically available within 24 hours after the live session.
A2. Price and payment
A2.1 Price list
The current price list is always available on the Cliqsales Websites — in particular accelerator.cliqsales.com and go.cliqsales.com — and in the individual offer made to the Client. The binding price is the price stated in the Order confirmation.
Prices for businesses are exclusive of VAT. VAT is applied in accordance with Terms clause 4.3.
A2.2 Instalment schedule
Where the Client chooses to pay by instalments:
- 1st instalment is payable on Contract conclusion (Order confirmation);
- 2nd instalment is payable within 30 days of the 1st instalment;
- 3rd instalment is payable within 60 days of the 1st instalment.
Late payment of any instalment by more than 14 days renders the entire remaining balance immediately due and payable (Terms clause 4.5).
A3. 14-day money-back guarantee
A3.1 Principle
The Accelerator is subject to a 14-day contractual money-back guarantee (a contractual benefit beyond statutory rights):
- The Client may terminate the Contract in writing (by email to
info@cliqsales.com) within 14 days of Contract conclusion (or payment of the 1st instalment). - Cliqsales shall refund the amount paid within 14 days of receipt of the termination, to the account from which payment was made.
- The guarantee is provided without giving any reason.
A3.2 Anti-abuse safeguard
Cliqsales reserves the right to refuse the guarantee where it is manifestly abused — typically where a Client repeatedly invokes the guarantee across multiple orders (“serial refunder”) or demonstrably acted with the intent of obtaining materials and then withdrawing.
A3.3 Effect of exercising the guarantee
On exercise of the guarantee:
- access to the workshops, recordings and the Accelerator community ends;
- where the Accelerator was sold together with other Products (Appendix C, D or F) at a bundle price, the refund covers the whole bundle; access to those other Products also ends and the rules on data export under those Appendices apply;
- the Client retains all proprietary rights to AI Outputs (Terms clause 7.1) and to any Custom Skill developed under Appendix B (Appendix B clause B5).
A3.4 After expiry of the guarantee
After the 15th day from Contract conclusion the guarantee lapses. The Contract is binding for its full term.
A4. Rights and obligations during participation
A4.1 The Client agrees:
A4.1.1 To actively participate in workshops (live or via recording) and implement the material covered — the Accelerator is a “done-with-you” programme requiring active engagement.
A4.1.2 To complete the initial onboarding questionnaire (brand DNA, product, goals) within 7 days of commencement.
A4.1.3 To behave respectfully in the community and at workshops — no vulgarity, abuse, hate speech, spamming, or disclosing other members’ Confidential Information.
A4.1.4 Not to publish or share workshop recordings, lessons or internal materials outside the Accelerator (Terms clause 7.3).
A4.2 Cliqsales agrees:
A4.2.1 To deliver all 7 workshops as scheduled. Where due to force majeure or instructor illness the date is moved, Cliqsales shall notify the Client at least 24 hours in advance and propose a replacement date or provide a recording.
A4.2.2 To provide technical support during business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 Irish time) at support@cliqsales.com, by telephone and WhatsApp. Standard response time within 24 hours on business days.
A4.2.3 To keep the workshop recordings and the Accelerator community accessible throughout the 12-month membership period.
A4.3 Removal of the Client from the programme
Cliqsales is entitled to remove the Client from the programme without refund in the event of material breach of the obligations in A4.1, in particular:
- repeated hateful, vulgar or abusive posts in the community;
- proven distribution of workshop recordings or materials outside the Accelerator;
- attempted reverse engineering or unauthorised use of Cliqsales skills;
- breach of confidentiality.
Removal must be preceded by a written warning with a minimum 7-day remedy period; an exception applies where the breach is so serious that continuation is not reasonable.
A5. Ownership and IP
A5.1 Client’s Outputs
All AI Outputs (brand DNA, lead magnets, ads, emails, presentations, web copy, documents) created in the course of the Accelerator are the exclusive property of the Client under Terms clause 7.1.
A5.2 Workshop recordings and lessons
Recordings of live workshops, lessons, templates and worksheets are copyright works of Cliqsales (or of the instructors who licensed them to Cliqsales). The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for the Client’s own personal or business educational purposes for 12 months from commencement of the programme.
The Client must not:
- publish the recordings or materials publicly (YouTube, Vimeo, social media, web);
- share materials with persons outside the Accelerator;
- create their own educational products or competing content from them.
A5.3 Client’s contributions in the community
Posts, questions and AI Outputs that the Client voluntarily shares in the community remain the Client’s property. The Client grants other members the right to view, quote and respond to them in community discussions.
With the Client’s consent, Cliqsales may use the contributions anonymously as case studies (Terms clause 7.5).
A6. Termination and consequences
A6.1 Early termination by the Client
- Within 14 days of Contract conclusion — see A3 (money-back guarantee).
- After 14 days — the Contract is binding for the full term. The Client may pause participation but forfeits any refund.
A6.2 Early termination by Cliqsales
In the event of removal (A4.3) or other material breach by the Client, Cliqsales may terminate the Contract with immediate effect. The Client is not entitled to a refund.
A6.3 After the 12-month membership ends
After the 12-month membership ends:
- access to workshop recordings and the Accelerator community ends;
- AI Outputs created during the programme remain permanently with the Client (Terms clause 7.1).
The Accelerator does not auto-renew. Renewal or extension is by separate offer.
A7. Specific matters
A7.1 Participation by multiple persons on behalf of a single Client
The Contract is concluded with a single Client (one business). Multiple persons from the same business may attend the workshops. Where the Accelerator is bundled with other Products (AI Team — Appendix F, AI Platform — Appendix C), the licensed user count for those Products applies as specified in those Appendices.
Participation by persons outside the Client’s business is not permitted.
A7.2 Upgrade between variants
The Client may upgrade during the programme from Standard to Pro by paying the difference in price. Downgrade is not permitted.
A7.3 Know-how transfer
Cliqsales undertakes to share know-how and methodologies current at the date of the workshop. Given the rapid evolution of AI, some techniques and tools may soon be superseded — the Accelerator does not commit to refresh content beyond its 7-week scope.
This Appendix A forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Cliqsales.
In the event of conflict between the Terms and this Appendix, this Appendix prevails on matters concerning the Accelerator (Terms clause 14.3).
